Subscription Agreement
This Subscription Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Next Gen Leak Removal LLC and the individual or entity subscribing to the services described herein (the “Customer” or “You”). This Agreement governs Your use of the Company’s leaked content removal service (the “Service”).
By enrolling in the Service, You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. Please read this Agreement carefully before accepting the terms.
1. Services Provided
The Company agrees to provide the Customer with access to its leaked content removal service, which helps identify, monitor, and remove unauthorized or leaked personal or business content from various online platforms (the “Service”). The Customer will access the Service via the Company’s automated and/or manual leaked content detection, removal, and maintenance support subject to the terms outlined herein.
2. Subscription and Billing
2.1 Subscription Plan
The Customer subscribes to the Service on a monthly subscription basis. The subscription includes access to the specific tier of Service as described in the pricing plan selected by the Customer during the registration process.
2.2 Billing Cycle
By enrolling in the Service, the Customer agrees that the subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis. The first billing date will occur immediately after the initial subscription date (the “Start Date”). Subsequent renewals will occur on the same calendar date each month (the “Renewal Date”). If there’s no identical calendar date (for instance if a subscription is started on January 31st, and there’s no 31st the following month), it will be renewed automatically when the first date following the arrival of the identical date (so the subscription would be billed on March 1st in this example).
2.3 Payment Authorization
The Customer authorizes the Company to charge the Customer’s provided payment method (credit card, debit card, or other approved methods) for the applicable subscription fees at the beginning of each billing cycle, starting on the Start Date and continuing until the subscription is canceled in accordance with Section 5 below.
3. Subscription Fees
3.1 Fees
The Customer agrees to pay the monthly subscription fee as specified during the enrollment process or on the Company’s website. The current monthly fee for the Service is outlined in the pricing plan provided in the Company’s ‘Packages’ section on its website, but the Company reserves the right to change the subscription fee upon notice to the Customer as described in Section 3.2.
3.2 Fee Changes
The Company may change the subscription fee at any time. If the Company changes the subscription fee, the Customer will be notified via email or through an account notification. The new fee will apply to the next billing cycle following the notice. The Customer will have the option to cancel the subscription before the new fee is applied.
4. Automatic Renewal
4.1 Renewal of Subscription
By subscribing to the Service, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that the subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis unless canceled by the Customer in accordance with Section 5. The Company will continue to charge the Customer’s payment method for each subsequent month until the subscription is canceled by the Customer or terminated by the Company.
5. Cancellation and Termination
5.1 Customer Cancellation
The Customer may cancel their subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, the Customer must cancel the subscription prior to the Renewal Date. Cancellations can be made by:

5.2 Effect of Cancellation
If the Customer cancels the subscription:
- The Customer will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the current billing period, and the Customer will not be billed for any subsequent periods.
- No refunds will be issued for any partial months or unused services after cancellation.
5.3 Non-Payment and Suspension
If the Customer’s payment method is declined or the Customer fails to pay the subscription fee, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Customer’s access to the Service. The Customer will remain responsible for any outstanding amounts due.
6. Refund Policy
All subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. If the Customer cancels their subscription after being billed for a given month, the Customer will not receive a refund for that billing period, and access to the Service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
7. Customer Responsibilities
The Customer agrees to:
- Provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information when subscribing to the Service.
- Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials and prevent unauthorized access to the Service.
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
8. Intellectual Property
The Company retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, the Service, and any associated intellectual property, including any software, AI, code, trademarks, and content provided as part of the Service. The Customer is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for the duration of the subscription.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
The Company will handle the Customer’s personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement. By using the Service, the Customer consents to the collection, use, and storage of personal data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability for any claim arising out of or related to this Agreement, including any breach of this Agreement, will be limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the Service during the month preceding the claim.
11. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. The Customer will be notified of any material changes, and continued use of the Service after such changes will constitute acceptance of the modified Agreement.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through arbitration/mediation in United States, except where prohibited by law.
13. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with any applicable terms incorporated by reference (such as the Privacy Policy), constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Service and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, or communications.
