Services: The specific services provided by Next Gen Leak Removal as outlined in the Proposal or in any subsequent agreements between the parties.

3.⁠ ⁠Services

The services provided by Next Gen Leak Removal include, but are not limited to, online content protection, removal of unauthorized or infringing content, and reputation management. All services will be carried out in accordance with the terms specified in the Proposal and any supplementary agreements.

We reserve the right to update or modify our services at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes that may impact your service agreement.

4.⁠ ⁠Fees and Payment

Our service fees are outlined in the Proposal and on the Packages page (excluding platform fees and applicable taxes). Payment is required prior to the commencement of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You agree to pay all charges, including applicable taxes and platform fees, in accordance with the terms set forth in the Proposal. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

5.⁠ ⁠Communication

You are responsible for ensuring that we have your correct and up-to-date email address. All communications, including service updates and billing information, will be sent to the email address you provide. We are not responsible for any loss or delay in communication resulting from incorrect or outdated contact information.

6.⁠ ⁠Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of any outstanding fees for services rendered up to the date of termination.

Next Gen Leak Removal reserves the right to terminate or suspend services if we determine that you are in breach of this Agreement or if we are required to do so by law.

7.⁠ ⁠Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next Gen Leak Removal disclaims liability for any losses arising in connection with the use of our services, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

In no event shall Next Gen Leak Removal’s total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid for services under this Agreement. This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory under which such claims are brought.

8.⁠ ⁠Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Next Gen Leak Removal, its employees, agents, and affiliates, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of our services or your violation of this Agreement.

9.⁠ ⁠Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Next Gen Leak Removal is based, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state.

10.⁠ ⁠Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised version on our website. You are encouraged to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of our services after any changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
